Pink Saturday-Depression Glass???

Happy Pink Saturday!

I found these berry bowls thrifting this week. Not sure if they are genuine Depression glass or not. I just thought they were pretty and they were PINK so I scooped them up! If anyone knows anything about Depression glass or patterns, I'd appreciate some help! There are no markings on the bottoms.

Linking up with Bev at How Sweet The Sound for this week's pinkness! Check out my link on the sidebar to go visit all the other participants!

Have a great weekend everyone!

Hello Roselle,
I can't find my Depression Glass book, but they sure look like the real article to me!! They are beautiful!! I can imagine them holding fresh homemade custard pudding with fresh raspberries on top! Or a fresh homemade sherbet!
I haven't posted for Pink Saturday yet, but I will. I'll post some depression glass, too! Please pop over to my blog and view my previous Pink Saturdays. I love pink!!
Warm hugs, Laura

Hello Roselle,
I found my book...Pocket Guide to Depression Glass by Gene Florence, 7th edition. On page 26 I found the pattern "Circle" by Hocking Glass Company 1930. There is a 3 1/8 inch sherbet and a 4 3/4 inch sherbet listed. They came in green, pink and crystal. Cool, huh??!!

I have oodles of pink depression glass but know nothing about it! I took it because I thought it was pretty from my mom who used to collect and has tons of it!

Happy PS,
